Rubber complies with the Personal Data Regulation and acts as both the data
controller and the data processor.
When you
contact us, we collect, register, store and use your personal data solely with
the intention of operating Viking Rubber in accordance with its articles of
association.
As a
starting point, we only process ordinary personal data such as name, address,
e-mail and telephone number. Later, agreements can be made that require CPR
numbers, photos, bank details and license plate. We share your information with
selected data processors with whom the required data processing agreements have
been made. Viking Rubber deletes your data no later than 5 years after
completing the dialogue or activity with Viking Rubber. In some cases, the
period is less.

to be informed about which data Viking Rubber has about you or want to have
your data deleted, use the form below (coming soon). This also applies if you
have submitted a consent that you wish to withdraw.
Individual information
Personal
information is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to some
extent. When you use our website, we collect and process such information. This
happens, e.g., by general access of our content, registration for the newsletter,
participation in competitions or surveys, registration as a user or subscriber,
purchase via the website or by using other services on the website.
We
typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID
and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP
number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (i.e. your
interests). To the extent that you explicitly have consented to this and entered
the information yourself, we will also collect and process: Name, telephone
number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically happen during
the creation of a login or when purchasing.

We have

Viking
Rubber’s employees and the IT manager have access to data. When employment
ceases, the former employee is removed from all accesses.

Train
Morning
Train ApS is a third-party web agency affiliated with Viking Rubber. Morning
Train only has access through an encrypted portal called Lastpass.
Lastpass is
a highly encrypted algorithm that ensures complete cloud security. Data is
encrypted at unit level and kept secret to LastPass itself. Therefore, only
Morning Train employees have access to this data. This service is made even
more secure with a two-step verification. When employment ends at Morning
Train, the former employee is removed from all accesses in Lastpass.
– Morning
Train also has access to data from Google Analytics – these are exclusively used
for statistics and reporting.
– The site
is hosted by time4vps located in Latvia.
How long will data be
stored?
Server logs
will be stored for 14 days after which they will be deleted. Server logs
include IP address, path and errors that occur. This information is used solely
for troubleshooting and traffic analysis.
Info from
the contact form will be stored for 14 days and then deleted.
Data is
stored in Google Analytics for 50 months and used for internal statistics and
reporting
What we do to keep data
safe
With an SSL
certificate from our hosting provider, we ensure that all data passed on
between the individual web browsers and servers is kept safe, private and
integral. Through SSL encryption, we therefore ensure that all data remains
private.
Procedure for system
failure or hacking
If,
unexpectedly, hacking of our site should occur, customers will be informed of
this. Customers will also be informed of leaked data and the extent of this. In
this process, we will be working hard to resolve the error and make sure that
it will not happen again.
Personal Data Rights
You have at
any time the right to (1) access your personal data, (2) correct your personal
information if they are incomplete or inaccurate, or (3) delete your personal
information. You also have the right to request the cessation of the processing
of personal information, cf. current law. If we have obtained your consent to
process your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent at any
