Every garment follows a structured production process at our own factory in Vietnam.
By bringing development, manufacturing and quality control together under one roof,
we maintain close control from the first technical decisions to the final shipment.
Throughout the process, our teams combine integrity, flexibility and quality to ensure that your
requirements are understood, documented and consistently reflected in the finished product.
Product Development
Your requirements guide the production process. Our development teams review intended use, performance, construction, materials, sizing and relevant certifications before creating the first design. In-house Lectra CAD patterns and technical documentation define measurements, seams, components and workmanship. Once materials are selected, our sample room produces prototypes for evaluation.
Material Inspection
Before production, incoming fabrics and components are checked against approved specifications for defects, colour variations, dimensions and other relevant properties. Materials that fall short are isolated for review. Approved materials are cut on three tables measuring up to 12 metres or using laser equipment, depending on garment construction. Cutting records link materials to each production order, supporting accuracy and traceability throughout production.
Sewing
Cut components are assembled on one of our ten sewing lines according to the approved sample and technical documentation. Instructions are translated into Vietnamese and displayed on the line. Employees are trained across several machine types, allowing teams to adapt to different garment constructions and order requirements. Quality checkpoints help identify deviations before garments move to technical finishing.
Technical Finishing
After assembly, garments requiring seam taping, welding, bonding or heat-transfer applications move to our specialised finishing areas. Logos, labels and branding are applied to approved specifications, with close attention to waterproof seams, reinforcements and protective components. Keeping these processes in-house gives us control over appearance and performance, with the flexibility to meet different customer and product requirements.
Quality Control
Finished garments are checked against the sealed reference sample and technical documentation. Our quality team conducts AQL 2.5 inspections and tests relevant properties, including waterproofness, delamination, shrinkage and fabric weight, with independent laboratory testing when required. Under our ISO 9001-certified quality management system, only products meeting the agreed specifications receive final approval, supporting consistent workmanship and reliable quality across each order.
Packaging & Shipping
Approved garments are prepared to your packaging, labelling and delivery requirements. Quantities, size assortments, product information and shipping documents are checked before release. Products remain in our dedicated warehouse while our logistics and import/export teams coordinate shipment via nearby Cat Lai container port. On-site packaging, warehousing and export preparation maintain traceability and control until your order leaves our facility.
